Before you can login to JAMB portal or JAMB e-Facility, you firstly link you email address to JAMB.

  • 2. After sending the SMS, you will receive an email from JAMB containing your login details.

A message will be sent to your email address stating “Email updated successfully” and a password will be sent to the registered email address.

If you lose your password, you can reset the lost or forgotten Profile Password on your registered cell phone by sending [password] space [email address] from the same mobile number as a text message to 55019 or 66019.

The above procedure is how a candidate can successfully obtain his/her login details for the JAMB E-facility portal.

You can now access your JAMB 2024 profile without having to visit a JAMB CBT center after completing the above procedure.

How can I update my JAMB email?

1)Check the email address on your registration slip or the portal.

2)Write it out on a sheet of paper and make sure you make no mistakes.

Go to the email service provider (if it ends in @gmail.com you are going to make use of it and so on..)
